Hello and Welcome to my website. This is a Personal website. I have built this website with the sole objective of enabling me to showcase my talents in propogating and training managers in the area of General Management and Human Resources Management.

It has been said that knowledge is power but, politically, power trumps knowledge. But, One should not forget that for you to allow Power to trump Knowledge, you need to get the position of Power. You cannot do it without Knowledge. Suffice it to say, Only knowledge hence, upsurps Knowledge and nothing is possible without knowledge. I hope I can share what little I know in these few pages to the world at large interestedin reading my publishings and hope to get a share of their feedback to enable me to grow further.

• Professional and Work Related  - Where in I publish articles on various related subjects on Human Resources Management. This covers a  wide specturm of information related to Resource Management, Change management, Project Management, Outsourcing and Offshoring People management, Human Capital Optimisation etc..Additionally am a keen observer of the Essential Oils and Aromatic Chemical Industry and keep myself informed and write on related subjects. 

• Short Stories and Novels           -  It has been a long term ambition of mine to write. Write for children and fiction in terms of Novels. Having strated the process I have decided to publish them here one by one and hope to write a best seller sooner than later!!
